Complimentary Bread

I came up with the idea of doing a food blog several years ago. I even came up with, what I consider, to be the perfect domain and blog name....Complimentary Bread. It's something that most, if not all, restaurants offer to their guests. It's typically the first food you get to experience at any restaurant and it can set the table for the entire meal. To me, it just felt right. The goal of this blog was to share my experiences at different restaurants both local and afar. I'm by no means a food critic or expert, but I absolutely enjoy eating and experiencing new foods.

 

Unfortunately, when I came up with the idea of the blog, I had no idea how to design a website or blog of any type. I tried to fiddle around with it, but let's face it, I'm no computer wiz and I could not figure it out. So, the idea got shelved, but I kept the domain name until I could figure it out. In 2018, with the help of someone special, I was able to get this thing off the ground and running.

 

I hope all of my readers use this blog to gain some insight on new places to eat and hopefully enjoy them as much as I do.
